  Very pleased. We had something in our attic that made a tremendous amount of noise at night. They came out the next day and immediately knew what it was just by looking in the attic. They even brought me up to show what they had found. Very transparent. Since then we've heard the family of mice once soon after the treatment, but it's been a few weeks now and have not heard anything. Technician was highly knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for any kind of pest control situation. I've since signed up for their maintenance package. So far so good.
